Duty Crew Calendar 2012

Duty Crew Calendar Instructions

Step 1:

1. Enter the username.
2. Enter the password.
3. Click "Sign In".

If you do not know the username and password, please contact Kurt Tadich at tadichk@gmail.com

Step 2

1. To add your name to the Duty Crew, click the Google Calendar button.
2. If you wish to just check the schedule, click on a name for the times the person is scheduled.

Step 3

1. To add your name, click the "Create" button.

Step 4

1. Type your name and times in the window. For example, "Joe Smith: 1:00-4:00pm".
2. Click the "Add" button.

Step 5

1. To check your name or another name, click on the name. A window will appear with the information.
2. When you are finished, close the screen.
