| Chief 41 arrived finding a 200 x 200 area burning initially and the combine pulled away from the bulk of the fire. Crews were initially directed to access off Dyarman rd however due to recent rains were unable to gain access. Due to the wind conditions in the field the fire grew rapidly and started heading towards multiple structures. Command requested the structure assignment to be started to the scene bringing additional engine companies, tankers and truck Co. E141 along with the other initial units relocated to the residence along mcclures gap road . E141 used the deck gun and multiple handlines to make a stop on the fire prior to getting into a large pole barn at the rear of the residence. Tanker 41 went back the lane to supply water for the duration of the incident. Brush 41 and Brush 39 accessed the northern flank of the fire and started attacking the fire. Brush 48 and Mini Pumper 46 protected the Bravo side of the structure and took care of fire running the fence row. Additional units were sent to the turnpike side to take care of the remainder.
