Wednesday Company 41 responded to 6 calls and Thursday another 5 calls.

On Thursday around 4 am Engine 241 / Chief 41 responded to S Spring Garden St for an elevator rescue in the Borough. One male occupant was stuck in a small freight style elevator between floors. There was no roof panel access available. Crews attempted to power cycle the car as well as using the emergency hydraulic bleed offs with no success. All means of standard rescue were attempted with no results. After contact with the elevator company it was determined the car was wedged in the shaft. The crew breached the drywall above the first floor into the car to extricate the occupant who was uninjured.

Later on just before midnight Tanker 41 responded to the Turnpike in Middlesex Township to assist Companies 45/33 with a tractor trailer fire. Units arrived to find the trailer disconnected and a working fire. Tanker 41 supplied Engine 45 and the crew assisted with overhaul.
