Due to the garage size and column while enroute the box was upgraded bringing the working fire units. Engine 141 arrived with a well involved garage impinging on a partially attached house. Engine 141s crew stretched the 2.5” and two 1 3/4” lines for fire attack. A hydrant on side A was utilized for water supply. Crews made an aggressive attack which resulted in only cosmetic and smoke damages to the house. Chief 141 (Kline) had the Command. The fire cause is under investigation as of this post.

Practice makes perfect 👌🏻 - The engine crew had water on the fire with the 2.5” line in a minute after arriving. Two lines were in service and the engine was on a positive water supply in 2 minutes with the bulk of the fire being knocked down at that time.

Company 41 had 11 members on scene: Engine 141 w/5, Utility 41 w/3, Chief 41, C141, 1 POV, the station also had an additional 2 members covering.
