| While enroute multiple zones of alarms were received. Engine 241 arrived on scene and was advised of an incident occurring in a first floor apartment. The crew stretched a dry line and found a moderate smoke condition inside. It was found the sprinkler in the apartment was active and extinguished a small fire in the kitchen. Crews secured the sprinkler system and ventilated. No further extension was found.
Tuesday 8/12 around 07:00 Engine 241 and the Tanker responded to Young Dr in West Pennsboro Twp (46 box) for smoke from a house. Engine 241 arrived on scene with normal conditions from side A. The crew investigated finding an outside fire on the C side that was extinguished with a garden hose prior to arrival. Crews checked for extension and ventilated.
Both fires appear to be electrical in nature.
