| Around 03:00 crews responded to a nursing facility in the Borough for smoke in a building. Engine 141 arrived and began an investigation. Crews found a haze throughout the kitchen. It was determined to be a burnt up motor in a warming cart. The unit was secured and ventilation was performed.
Shortly after lunch Engine 241 responded to Cambria Blvd in S Middleton Twp for a stove fire reported out. EMS arrived confirming the fire was out but the sprinkler was active in the kitchen. Crews secured the sprinkler and ventilated.
Later in the afternoon Engine 241 and Utility 41 responded to Longstreet Dr in North Middleton Twp for a working detached garage fire impinging on a house. The engine crew arrived and immediately went to work stretching multiple lines assisting with attacking the fire in the garage and extinguishing a large grass fire.
