MVA with entrapment: This morning around 09:00 E241 w/4 assisted Company 33 with an auto accident with dual entrapment

Company 33 units arrived to find a tractor trailer vs a box truck and both patients entrapped in the box truck. Engine 241 arrived and deployed the bumper line for scene safety. The crew assisted with extrication tasks as needed. H&J towing responded and lifted the trailer off the box truck to allow access to the driver. One patient was flown via air medical. Engine 241 was released from the scene around 10:15.
