Company 36 arrived with smoke showing and confirmed a kitchen fire. Engine 241 arrived on scene and laid 700’ of 5” to supply E336. Crews from 41 assisted Company 36 with a search and overhaul operations. Quick work by the first in crew held this fire to the kitchen area only with minor extension to the C side exterior wall. E241, Utility 41 and C141 responded and provided a staffing of 9.
